Renovations

Working with clients to translate their vision into reality is one of my favorite parts of real estate. I focus on taking much of the burden off of your shoulders by implementing your plan with quality, reasonably priced contractors in a specific timeline. Identifying your taste whether it’s Classic, Southwest, Tuscan, or Mid-century modern and then finding homes with great “bones” is step one (or realizing maybe your home already has them!).  We compare the cost and time of renovating the possibility properties and compare that again with the cost of new construction. Professional design, cost comparisons and timelines- these are components of a successful home renovation.
